what is Constipation?
When our digestive system gets impaired and there is difficulty during a bowel movement or it is forced, the condition is called constipation. In this stage, the stool becomes hard and dry. At times, there is also pain in the stomach and rectum during a bowel movement. Scientifically, defecation less than three times a week is considered constipation. This trouble can happen to anyone, at any age. Sometimes it is for some time, sometimes it lasts for a long time, constipation can also cause serious diseases like gas, acidity, hemorrhoids, rectal, and hernia.

Yoga to relieve constipation
The modern lifestyle is the major cause of constipation.

People suffering from constipation should practice Janushirasan, Ustrasan, Tiriyak Tadasana, Karichkrasan, and Halasan. With this, practicing 5 to 7 cycles of Pawanmuktasan is very beneficial. Must sit on Vajrasan 5 to 7 minutes after meals daily.
Stand between the legs with a gap of 4-6 inches. Interlock (interlock) the fingers of both hands and raise them directly above the head. Now lift the ankles above the ground too. Then tilt the body alternately 8-8 times to the right and then to the left. Then slowly back to the previous position.
